Yukashi Alpine Bistro, the signature restaurant at Yu Kiroro, presents a contemporary international dining experience featuring the finest seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido. From Japanese specialties and Western classics to Asian-inspired creations, the menu offers diverse flavours crafted with quality local produce and served amidst Kiroro’s stunning alpine scenery.

Breakfast: 07:00 - 10:30 (Last Order 10:00)  
Lunch: 12:00 - 15:00  
Dinner: 17:00 - 21:30 (Last Order 21:00)
