- Operation Period: From June 15 to October 15, 2026.
- Eligibility: Only for staying guests, and seats are limited.
- Booking: Mandatory. Please provide names, the number of people, and a reachable telephone number for the day of travel.
- Meeting Points: Yu Kiroro entrance and Otaru Station entrance.
- Driver Arrival: The driver will arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes before departure.
- No-Show Policy: If a guest is a no-show and cannot be reached by phone, the shuttle will depart at the scheduled time.
- Operational Note: There will be no operation if there are no bookings on the day.
