Yu Kiroro Security & Fraud Prevention Policy

To ensure the security of our guests and prevent fraud, the name on the booking must match the name on the credit card used for payment. Guests are required to present the same credit card upon check-in. Third-party credit cards will not be accepted.

Rate Policy / Tax Policy

Rates do not include the local accommodation tax, which must be paid directly at the property.

Guarantee Policy

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 60 days before check-in.
The credit card used must belong to the guest and be presented at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival will incur a 20% charge.
Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
