Good Food & Mountain Air: Summer BBQ Season at Yu Kiroro

When the snow melts and the mountains turn green, Yu Kiroro reveals a different side of Hokkaido. The forests surrounding Kiroro come alive, the air is warm, and the long summer evenings are made for being outdoors.

Now in its fourth season, our popular Summer BBQ returns, offering guests a wonderful opportunity to experience the magic of summer at Yu Kiroro.

From June 15th through September 13th, guests can gather around their own charcoal grill on the terrace for an evening of Hokkaido produce cooked at their own pace. The Premium BBQ features wagyu beef, local lamb, hotate scallops, and seasonal vegetables from nearby Akaigawa Village. There's a kids' menu too, and marshmallows over the bonfire once the sun goes down.

Two seatings are available each evening, and if the weather turns, dinner moves indoors to Yukashi restaurant.
