Wellness Experiences
Sound Healing (Indoor)
Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of singing bowls and therapeutic sounds in a tranquil indoor setting. This guided session promotes deep relaxation, stress relief, and inner harmony.
Sound Healing (Outdoor)
Experience the healing power of sound surrounded by nature. Set against the peaceful mountain landscape of Yu Kiroro, this unique outdoor session combines natural elements with restorative sound frequencies for a truly rejuvenating experience.
Art Therapy
Awaken your creativity through guided art therapy workshops designed to encourage mindfulness, self-expression, and emotional wellbeing. Suitable for adults, children, and families, no artistic experience is required.
Yoga
Enhance flexibility, improve breathing, and cultivate mindfulness through personalized yoga sessions suitable for all levels. Choose from gentle stretching, mindful movement, breathing techniques, and meditation practices.

- Outdoor activities are weather dependent and may be relocated indoors if necessary.
- Full prepayment may be required to confirm the booking.
- Cancellation within 72 hours of the scheduled session may incur cancellation charges.

Meet Your Wellness Instructor
Guiding each wellness experience is Anastasia, a certified yoga instructor, sound healing practitioner, and psychologist specializing in parent-child relationships and art therapy. Based in Sapporo, Anastasia is also a wife and mother who brings a warm, holistic approach to wellbeing through her teaching and therapeutic practices.
With extensive experience leading yoga classes, art therapy workshops, and immersive sound healing events across Hokkaido, Anastasia is passionate about helping individuals and families reconnect with themselves through mindful movement, creative expression, and restorative healing practices. Her work is deeply inspired by meditation, spiritual exploration, and personal growth, creating a welcoming space for guests to relax, reflect, and discover greater balance in their lives.
