Farm to Table Experience

Yu Kiroro is excited to offer a unique culinary experience for our guests this summer. In collaboration with a local farm in Akaigawa village, you can select from a range of seasonal vegetables and have our chef at Yukashi Restaurant prepare a fantastic dish with them later that evening. This is a unique, one-of-a-kind opportunity to enjoy the beautiful farmland scenery and dine with the freshest local ingredients!

• Meet at Akaigawa Village Seicomart from 10am. The duration of the farm experience is around 60 minutes.
• Seasonal vegetables vary depending on the season; they can include asparagus, cherry tomatoes and corn.
• Includes some free vegetables you can take with you.
• After you've chosen your vegetables, you'll return to Yu Kiroro by 6pm. At dinner, the hotel chef will cook and serve a dish made from the vegetables you've selected. Dinner will be served at Yukashi Restaurant but you can also choose to take it to your room.
• Your selected ingredients for dinner will be sent to Yukashi Restaurant separately.

• 6 years and over: 5,800 yen per person
• 5 years and under: Free of charge (no free vegetables or dishes)
• Please pay at Yukashi restaurant.
• Price includes farm trip admission, complimentary vegetables and your specially prepared dish.

• When making a reservation, please provide your name, phone number, date of stay, and car number.
• Please select the time when the chef will serve your food. (6, 7 or 8pm), (Restaurant or takeout)

• Please place your order by 4pm. a day prior to Experience date. We recommend that you make a reservation earlier (about 3 days in advance), but please note that we may not be able to make your booking depending on the situation.

• Minimum number of participants: 2 (not including children under 5 years old)
• Meeting point: Seicomart Akaigawa branch (25 minutes by car from Yu Kiroro, no transportation service)
• Meeting time: 10 am (in case it is inconvenient, please contact us at the time of reservation)
• Gloves and boots will be prepared by operating company. Please wear comfortable clothes.
• No cancellation due to bad weather (except when the operating company judges that the event is impossible. In that case, the fee will be refunded).
• It is not possible to specify the type or content of dishes (one dish per person) prepared by the chef. If you have a food allergy, please let us know at the time of reservation.
• Only Yu Kiroro guests can apply.
• Cancellations after reservation will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
• There is no insurance.
