Yu Service (Front Desk & Guest Experience)
Work period: November 18, 2024 - March 31, 2025 (extension is negotiable)
Hourly wage (yen): From 1200（Consideration will be given to RMS system, work experience, and language ability）
Number of applicants (persons): Several people
Experience: No requirement. Daily English conversation is essential. Chinese speakers are welcome.
Working hours: 24-hour 3-shift system, 8-hour shifts (late-night shifts available). There is a possibility of shortened working hours before the facility opens. There is a possibility of overtime during busy periods.
Preparation: Black shoes (no sneakers)
Men: Lace-up shoes are acceptable
Women: Pumps (faux leather is acceptable for both)
Job Description
- General front desk duties such as check-in and check-out
- Guide guests to the lobby, ski valet, etc.
- Telephone answering
- Liaison with the reservation department and housekeeping team
- Snow removal at the entrance
Foreigners must be on a working holiday visa or have an unlimited work visa
