- Mimosa salad with snow crab
- Hokkaido Potato Soup
- Sautéed salmon bouillabaisse style
- Pork shoulder stewed in beer  
    OR  
    Beef cheek stewed in red wine
- Apple Pie
- Bread

**Child**

- Grape juice
- Hokkaido Potato Soup
- Kids Plate: Hamburger steak, fried shrimp, fried potatoes, fried chicken, salad
- Apple Pie
- Pastry

## New Year's Festivities at Yu Kiroro

Starts at 11pm on New Year's Eve.

We will also be offering a special **New Year's Osechi Bento Box** on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day! These feature a selection of delicacies that can be enjoyed in your room.

- First tier- Sweet rolled omelet, Sweet black soybeans, Fish cake, Burdock root seasoned with sesame, Candied chestnut with sweet potatoes, Braised burdock root, pate de champagne, Japanese amberjack teriyaki

- Second tier- Prawn, Avalon, Snow crab, Smoked salmon, Ikura, Herring Roe
- Third tier- Stewed tongue, Yawatamaki roll, Smoked duck, Roast Beef

Numbers are limited to 20 boxes and priced at ¥30,000 each. Reservations are required by 6pm on December 30th. Pick up time at Yukashi restaurant will be between 4 and 5pm on December 31st and January 1st. Please contact <yukashi.service@yukiroro.com> or the front desk to reserve!
