籔半そばは、小樽で長年続く家族経営のそば店で、本格的なそば粉を使ったそばが自慢です。囲炉裏（いろり）を備えた伝統的な雰囲気の中で、コシのある風味豊かなそば料理を提供しています。地元の名物であるニシンそばなども楽しめ、1936年から変わらぬ味で多くの人に愛されています。
