Yabuhan Soba is a well-established, family-run soba restaurant in Otaru, known for its authentic buckwheat noodles made with passion and care. The restaurant features a traditional atmosphere with an irori (sunken charcoal hearth) and offers chewy, flavorful soba dishes, including unique local specialties like Nishin Soba (herring with soba).
